Xela dark chocolate fondue is excellent with fresh fruit for a sumptuous dessert. The fondue comes directly from our partner, Doña Pancha (est. 2005). This family owned and operated business is located in Quezaltenango, Guatemala. Owner, Mirna Rojas, relies on century-old family recipes and techniques which has gained her recoginition as a premier chocolatier in the region.
