Cocoa Crunch Fudge
Serving: 12 fudges
Ingredients:
1 Can of 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp of butter
Pinch of salt
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1-2 Bars of Cacao Crunch
Instructions:
- Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, salt, and vanilla extract in a non-stick pan.
- On medium heat constantly stir the mixture until thickened; you’ll know when it’s finished when you can run a spatula or wooden spoon through the middle of the mixture, and it slowly closes the gap you made.
- When finished, transfer to a greased pan, cover the top and let refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
- When cooled, grease your hands with butter and portion the fudge by using a tablespoon
- Fill each fudge center with small broken pieces of Cacao Crunch and roll into balls making sure to keep the cacao crunch in the center.
- When done rolling the fudge, you can either crush the rest of the Cacao Crunch as “sprinkles” and roll the balls in them, roll the balls in regular chocolate sprinkles, or lightly dust the balls in cocoa powder for a bitter contrast.
- After you choose a finished covering or none at all for the Cocoa Crunch, you can enjoy them!
