Guatemala Natural is sun-dried whole with the fruit intact, allowing sugars to slowly infuse the bean. This natural process takes several weeks, compared to washed processing that takes only hours. Natural process creates a sweeter, full-bodied cup with fruity notes of berries and tropical fruit, distinctly different from washed coffees.
