Papua New Guinea Natural is produced using an old-world natural process, with cherries very slowly dried to develop deep, complex flavors. This method creates a low-acidity, full-bodied cup with floral accents, subtle fruitiness, and warm notes of nut, oak, and chocolate that can take on a brandy-like character at darker roasts. Each 8 oz bag contains 100% single-origin Arabica coffee sourced from smallholder farms in the Waghi Valley of Papua New Guinea.
